It's Always Fun...
...when GRANDMA comes! Jake's mom came out for a week in June and we had such a wonderful time (all except that root canal Jake gave her.) Of course in was the hottest week of the summer, over 100 and humid nearly everyday, and being from Idaho the heat was a little hard to take :) We made the best of it and managed a few outdoor activities like the botanical gardens and an amusement park. She had lunch with Hannah one day, and we even got in a little shopping. The kids loved having her here. Maybe next time we can talk grandpa into coming too (hint, hint.)
After taking the above photo, Emma decided she need to love on Ben a little. She gives such great hugs and is always the first to comfort Hannah and Ben if they're hurt or sad. Love that I could capture this sweet moment.

i love the one of Ben and Emma-so sweet. Have you been using a different BW conversion than you usually do, or the same? I struggle with those. They always print out with a blue or purple cast.
